Unfortunately, the only good thing about these socks is my dog’s face. So uncomfortable and don’t even fit a foot correctly.

I ordered my pups socks for my kids for Christmas. We still have not received them. It’s been over a month… never arrived. I spent $400 and still have nothing. Very disappointed.

I ordered this item at the beginning of December with a “promise” to arrive before Christmas. They did not arrive until Dec 29th. I may not have been so disappointed if I had gotten a response from customer service and told what was happening. However, I reached out to customer service 3 times via email, couldn’t find a number to call to speak to a live person and I never received a response. I know it’s a busy time of year, but to not address your customer at all, after already charging them…not good practice. Let’s get to the product. The socks are adorable, but the fabric is a bit strange…silky would be the way I’d describe it, but not cotton. Overall, the socks are cute but the lack of customer service soured my experience.

My order was guaranteed by Christmas. I didn't receive the socks until after Christmas. Getting in touch with this company was impossible. I sent several emails that bounced back to me. I wasted almost $30 for a product that was garbage. I ordered kids socks that were huge and didnt fit. The socks are made of rubber material. My entire experience was terrible.

I ordered the socks right after thanksgiving for my daughter for Christmas and it is 12/30 I still have not received the socks. They were supposedly shipped on 12/16 and at the latest delivered to my home 12/24. Cant track. Very disappointed Will never recommend or order from them again

Ordered kid’s size socks. While the length of the foot is accurate the width is about twice the size they should be for the length. On kids the length of the calf would go to their knee and so wide they would fall down. The graphics were excellent, sure wish they would fit a child.

Did not follow designer notes and can’t get a reply from customer service. Lost my money.

One of the worst products I ever ordered. I ordered custom cat socks for over $30. First, you couldn’t even tell it was my cat as the cat face was so dark it was indiscernible. Second, the quality of the socks was poor. It w a very thin and scratchy material. Glad I started with just the socks. Blanket as going to be next. Not now.
