Very poor experience overall. I am not satsfied about the printing, one face was totally black. I would have appreciate to see how it would look like before. The order was delayed but I got 0 information and I when I sent an email I got no answer. I had to pay 9 extra euros when it arrived, but it was never indicated in the order. It was a very expensive product and the result is really not justifying the price, also for the material used for the socks. It was a waste of money, I would definitely not recommend your website

After taking an extraordinary time to receive my order , I was completely disappointed with the socks I ordered. You cannot even see the picture of the dog I submitted, it looks like a black blob of ink. Clearly no one is checking these before shipping out. I will be returning my order for a full refund.

I placed my order on November 28th for a Christmas gift. It said allow 7 days to ship. It didn’t even ship until the week of Christmas and was due by 9pm Christmas Eve and never came. Still hasn’t. I’ve reached out 3 times with no response.

My package never arrived and the tracking number is useless. I only receive spam emails from pupsocks and they never reply any of the emails asking about my order

No customer service. Bad quality socks and printing of photo is too dark. No response from company.

When you order the socks it gives you a description box where you can tell the photo editor what to do with the photo and I clearly asked for the face to be brightened because the dogs face is black and it was in a shadow but sadly they didn’t and the photo of the dog is very dark can’t even recognize the dog but they did crop the head well and the socks are good quality . I will NOT be ordering from this website again

I hate to say it but I was very disappointed with my order. My daughter’s dog happens to be black and on the socks he appears to be just a black “blob”. I feel that I should have been informed when you “proof” & asked to maybe try selecting another photo or because he is black maybe just telling me it’s not going to work & refunding/canceling the order.
