They did not show me how the product would look before having it printed, and I ended up getting one good photo of my cat and one completely black. I ordered on November 23rd, received it on December 21st. The quality of the sock fabric is awful, overall Awful.

I ordered these socks BEFORE black Friday in hopes to get them for a Christmas gift for someone. Here it is New Years Eve and I STILL haven't received them. Allegedly they've been in transit since December 15. It's been SIX WEEKS since I ordered these. There is absolutely no reason a US product needs to take this long to receive.

The socks I ordered for my wife look great but are unwearable. Contrary to the marketing photos, they are tube socks woven from a durable but overly thick and inflexible material that bunches impossibly around the ankles. A big disappointment.

The picture that I sent was bright and very clear but when it was put onto the socks it is very blurry and dark. I am disappointed because it took a while to get them in and the product felt very cheap and looked awful. You couldn’t even tell it was my daughter’s face. There should be a way to see what your image will look like before the socks are manufactured to avoid this based on the price we pay.

I am so angry with your company. I tried to contact customer service twice to try to change where the socks should be delivered because you took to long to fill the order. The original estimated time you provided was sufficient for me to have the socks made and I could bring them with me when I traveled for Christmas. When I realized that you would not be able to fill the order in time, I tried TWICE to contact you to get the shipping address changed. TWICE I received an email that someone would contact me within 72 hours. I am STILL waiting to be contacted and it has been over 10 days since I first tried contacting you. Don't give me excuses about covid and holiday. I get all that. That's why I placed the order on Dec 5th. Do better if you expect to survive. Your customers like me are tiring of crappy service yet paying good money for the product.

I received the order. I am so disappointed. I paid close to 300 dollars. The printing doesn’t even look like a dog. Every single item was horrible. I was so excited to send friends and family such a personal gift. I wouldn’t give these to anyone!! I don’t know if you will do something about this or what , I really can’t afford this kind of money. I’m 71 on a fixed income and feeling so disappointed. I was so excited about your product. There photos I sent look like big black ink blobs.
