Poor material quality
I love the idea behind this and the money is going to a good cause, unfortunately I was disappointed by the poor quality of the material used. The fabric is thin and not very well aligned with the likes of comfortable socks.

I wanted to see a preview of socks…
I wanted to see a preview of socks before completed and shipped. My order was a gift and person received it said there was no information about my name or gift message so she did not know who sent it. That's terrible customer service. Will NOT recommend you or order from company again.

Deceiving website about quality of product.
The company itself was fine, there were no additional interactions to the auto generated ones. But I do want to inform any buyers that the website is a little deceiving because it says printed in the USA. Which is true but they are made in China and the quality of the fabric is pretty awful. Because this was a Christmas gift I was disappointed.

The picture is great, socks suck
The picture is great! Very life like. The reason for the 2 star rating is the socks themselves. They are almost like compression socks- no stretch at all. They are stiff and uncomfortable. So cute, but won’t be worn due to the feel of the socks.

Only missed the birthday by two weeks…
Only missed the birthday by two weeks so it was really pointless. Took about a month from when I paid to get the socks, wish businesses would not use usps

Took Forever
I still haven't received my order yet. It is now 15 Dec and I placed the order on 17 Nov. My disappointment lies in the lack of communication about any delays. I did call last week and they gave me 15% off because of the delays, but couldn't tell me why there was a delay. Again, just disappointed in the lack of communication. Website says 3-8 days, but here I sit at nearly a month. UPDATE - It's now 29 Dec and I still don't have my socks. I got a notice that they shipped. However, it was just the label being created and the socks sat another week before actually departing.

The order and tracking system is very bad. no transparency and when you inquire with support you get no response. Going on one month since the order and I can't tell where (within the country) the product is. No reporting or updates just tells you its either in "Canada or USA" somewhere. very frustrating

Socks of average quality
Socks of average quality. Delivery was timely. They chose to crop my photo without any communication with me. The socks are still a neat item, but if they were not going to use the entire photo I sent, I would have selected a different photo. I had selected the one I sent specifically for what was in it.
