I am very disappointed in what I received for my order. I specifically attached a photo to be used of our full cat and even asked if this was something that could be done. What did I get? Just a picture of her face, which was also too dark. What is the point of having a comment field if you all don't read them or get back to the customer when they ask a question? Instead, I can't return them (they were a gift to a friend) as you all seem to have a policy that states because these are custom socks, they cannot be returned. I'd be happy to have you all try again if you would take them back. But overall, this went from one of the gifts I was most excited about this holiday season to the one I am not even gifting. Disappointed!

Terrible customer service! Never responded to multiple inquiries and they don't even give out a number to call, relying entirely on email. Now I know why!

I’m so disappointed. The socks look terrible. The photos are waaaaayy to dark and you can’t even recognize one of the dogs. It’s just a dark blob. I can’t believe I spent money on these.

Ordered (and credit card was charged) on Dec.8, 2021; was promised socks before Christmas; it is now Dec. 31, no socks, and company does not respond to emails; all I have gotten are canned responses. Don't believe the good reviews; the company should be put out of business.

I ordered my socks on December 1st. Today is December 31st STILL WAITING. Please make this right!!!!

One star is far too many, could not go any lower. Ordered a week and a half before Christmas with 2 day air shipping and money back guaranteed if not delivered by Christmas. It is now December 31st and my socks are no where to be found. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance getting my order and my money back and the company has not been responsive or helpful at all. Save your money, this company is a scam. UPDATE: My order originally said it would be delivered the 29th of December, a week after it was shipped on the 21st. This had already frustrated me because I paid extra for 2 day air shipping. It is now January 2nd, over 2 weeks since my order was shipped and 5 days after the package was originally supposed to be delivered. Every day when I track the tracking updates my delivery date is pushed back to the next day. Not sure I’ll ever get the socks at this point, and customer service has been non-existent, so I am positive I will not be getting my money back despite the money back guarantee if not delivered before Christmas. This company is crap don’t waste your money.
