Hello! Thank you for your review. I fully understand your frustrations. Again, we extend our sincerest apologies that you still have not received your order. Once orders are placed with our company, we process, produce, package, then label them for shipments. USPS comes to our warehouse every day to pick those orders up and they have 6 business days to scan the items, along with delivering most of the US mail. Your order was produced and shipped within the promised turnaround time frame (24hrs).It's terrible to hear that this was your experience with us, this is usually not how things work with us. The pandemic previously was mentioned due to a lot of us forgetting about the casualties, underwork, unemployed, and closed businesses. The COVID-19 has caused us all to experience unforeseen delays around the world which have had a major effect on the US and international deliveries causing some countries to not deliver via air and only entering by sea. We take full responsibility if your order was not produced in the promised time-frame, however, we're still doing our best to be transparent by understanding unforeseen issues occur daily and are happy to assist you with this issue. After reviewing your order, i'm happy to see it was delivered.
