I ordered a blanket for Christmas in the first week of December. It would have been delivered by Christmas if this company cared enough to make sure it was shipped instead of it being ready to ship for a week. I will never order from this company ever again. I reached out many times to get an update and I never heard back from anyone

Ordered on 12/8 for a Christmas stocking gift. It’s New Year’s Eve and I still don’t have them. Who knows where they are. They were shipped with some cheap USPS third party service. Huge disappointment after spending $70 for 3 pair of socks.

Never got the order. No response to numerous emails.

Still have not received my order. Got an email 12/17 stating it shipped. Status has not updated. Inquired about my order and received no response. The order was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Would not order from here again. I would like a refund and the order cancelled if anyone decides to reply

These socks look nothing like the website. Instead of the pink I ordered I received purple the font blends into the other colors and the image of my dog I sent is so dark you can’t tell it’s a dog. I sent an email a week ago asking for a redo but haven’t received a response. Unless you plan to fix this I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Cool idea. Ordered two pair, one had our dog, the other had someone else's dog. Terrible fit. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Will never buyer this again.😞

Ordered socks mid-November for my Dad's Christmas gift. Website said delivery in 8-12 business days. Today is December 31, and I have yet to receive them. Most of my communication to PupSocks has gone unanswered. The two responses I DID receive did not even answer my questions (I don't think anyone fully read my emails). every day since December 23, tracking info has said "delivered by 9:00 p.m. today." That was eight days ago. I have asked for a refund, with no response. I will not use this company again.
