I ordered a pair of socks (with 2 dog faces) and a mask (with 1 dog face). as I made the order I noticed that one dog face in the socks order was misplaced with the face. literally less than a minute after completing the order I contacted PupSocks via email and their website with the correct image and asked them to modify. Only after more than a week they replied and then after another couple days they confirmed my modification. A week later I received my order and it was with the old WRONG faces. I would like a replacement correct pair of socks or a refund. * The mask was as ordered. ** My order # was changed during this process.

Very poor quality fabric, low quality image print. Too expensive for what you get.

I've ordered my socks about a month ago now and I still dont have them. They were supposed to be a christmas present. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.

Awful customer service. Product is subpar and did I mention the customer service is the worst? I mean, there is no customer service. No one to talk to. Emails go unresponded to. Packages are ordered early and received late. Enough said.

It took them two weeks longer to finish my product then what was promised. The coloring was also a lot darker than the pictures submitted which made for poor quality. I also reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a reply.

I like the idea of the products, but both printing and socks qualities are bad for the price, not only that, but also their service. First, I ordered two pairs of socks printed my dog’s faces and the entire body on 12/6. The order confirmation email said I can expected to receive the socks in 8 to 10 days. I wanted to give my husband the socks before the Christmas, but I received the package on 28th. Second, the socks quality is some cheap one. Lastly, the printing quality is really bad. Especially my dog is black, and her face and body on the socks look silhouettes of a dog. There’s no details. They should be able to handle how black animals are printed. I contacted the customer support but they haven’t responded back yet. I feel it’s expensive for the quality and service.

The graphic that we chose came out so dark it looked like a blob on the sock. You had to really look to see that it was a dogs face. The socks are also very cheap material. Not worth the $.

Hi, despite ordering more than a month in advance. They did not arrive on time. In fact we had to leave town and they will likely be returned to sender as we were not there to receive them. this was an important Christmas gift and you did not deliver.
