I was completely satisfied with the blanket. I expected to receive the item sooner than I did based on the date of shipment. Seems that it sat for a few days before UPS took over.

The socks are really cute but customer service is non existent. I ordered my socks on December 7th and didn't get them until the Monday AFTER Christmas even though their website indicated orders placed before the 12th would be delivered before Christmas with standard shipping. The automated messages indicated they had finished my order and had it ready for shipping by the 9th. However, they didn't give the order to the carrier until the 15th causing this gift to arrive late. I tried emailing a few times during this process for an update and never got a response as to why my order was being held. I was/am extremely disappointed.

Cute socks, love the concept. My black dog's face showed up purple for some reason. Will order again sometime.

The material of the socks are great. The photoshop of my pup image is good, but it’s a bit too dark.

Quality product and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I would give a 5 star but after I placed I was left in the dark about when they would arrive. There was no estimated date and whenever I tried to use the tracking info they sent me, it would just tell me that the order was ready to ship. Even 2 days after I received my order the tracking info still showed it was ready to ship. Other than that though the buying process was very easy and the socks turned out great!

The socks and custom artwork are fantastic. I ordered the socks for a Christmas gift on December 11 which your website stated was the last day to order and have guaranteed delivery of the product with regular shipping. When the socks were still in production on December 15, I sent two email trying to contact your company through your website and received no return contact. I could not find a phone number anywhere on your website. The socks did not get out of production until December 18 and were not pickup by UPS until the December 21. I received them two days ago on December 30. Very disappointing since the were a main present for my son. Your customer service response definitely needs improvement.

I ordered two different pairs and they turned out really nice! The fit is a little bit odd and one of the pictures I used turned out pretty dark but now that I know what to expect I can adjust for next time. Great gift.
