You could not really make out my dogs face and the material is horrid.

The socks are decent although not worth the expensive cost. Two things really bug me. First, their website said 5-7 business day delivery, but then after ordering, my order email said the wait time was double that. I understand it was holiday season, but they shouldn't have falsely advertised the wait time, and if they were that backed up then they shouldn't have continued to advertise on Facebook for the holidays. Second, customer service was completely nonresponsive. This company is a disaster.

Ordered 2 pair of socks on December 5th for a Christmas gift, did not receive my shipment until December 30th. The socks were poor material, which was disappointing. I doubt I will order again.

They look fantastic! They fit terribly. So bad, they probably will not ever be worn.

This was pretty average. The socks took a little less than a month to get here December 6th-Jan 2nd. Understand it was the holidays, but all the same. When they got here the image was very dark. Couldn't really see dogs eyes. Fun idea, kinda botched execution. Wouldn't get it again.

Item took very long to ship and was received later than expected. This was during the holiday timeframe so I am somewhat okay with this. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product - more so the way the image looks on the sock. What was advertised on social media and what was on the website as examples is far from what I received in person. The image is so dark it almost looks like a bunch of dark spots on the socks. I sent what I thought was a good picture and would assume that if another picture was needed that your team would reach out and request. I even listed on the order that I trusted the judgment from your team since you are the professionals. All said - I am not satisfied with the outcome, I have no intentions or ordering any other items nor do I plan on suggestion your services to anyone that I know.

I purchased 3 pairs of socks as Christmas gifts. One pair of socks, the dog's face was so dark that it didn't show well at all. The other two pairs also were not nice at all.

Very, very delayed shipping. Poor communication/response. Socks are poor/cheap quality. Would not order again.
