The picture I sent was cropped way too much. The image on the socks is just a dark image of the dog that you can hardly tell what the image is, all the background in the photo was taken out. Looks terrible.

Past promised date The shipment arrived almost a week after it was guaranteed. No stockings for Christmas this year

Well finally got an order. Just not our order, not our dog! Anyone missing 2 pairs of socks with golden retriever faces??? I’m missing 3 pair with 3 different type of dogs none were golden retriever faces but that’s what we got! And still no response to my multiple emails to their “customer service” 🤬

Never received the socks. They’re ere supposed to be here for Christmas.

They still haven’t showed up yet. They don’t provide any tracking information. I bought them at the beginning of the month and now it’s the new year. I’m just wondering where they’re at this point. They missed Christmas and her Birthday. Probably wouldn’t go with these guys again.

I ordered my wife a pair of socks for one of her Christmas presents on 12/11. Still haven’t received them and can’t track them. Last update on tracking was in. 12/24.

Pupsocks is the worst. I ordered 3 pairs of custom socks as Christmas gifts, waited 30 days for delivery, and then their delivery company didn't deliver them to my address. I've tried emailing their "customer service" chat/email and have received nothing but automated replies after a week. Buyer beware, there is no customer service phone number so if anything goes wrong you're screwed. I'm out 80 bucks in addition to showing up empty-handed at Christmas. Worst experience ever.
