Order placed 12/2 - Missing - No Help or Response
I placed an order on 12/2. I was told they shipped on 12/10. USPS tracking number says that the shipment was never picked up. Multiple attempts to contact the company have resulted in zero response. Zero. There is no phone number. The chat box is 100% uselss. Email does not work. If you want to use this company you better hope that everything goes okay because complaints or concerns will fall on deaf ears and you are just throwing money in the wind. & now I have no christmas present for my neice.

I ordered my socks 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Unable to track my order since I’m from Canada. Tracking stops at the boarder. Not sure if I will receive them.

There was allot of problems with my…
There was allot of problems with my order I still have not received it yet. I had problems with the picture but when I sent it to you then there seemed to be a whole lot of issues on your end. I hope I can still get these by Christmas. I am getting very nervous Thanks Karen

Where’s the customer service?
Took 19 days to receive order. (The website says “orders will be received in 8-10 days”) There is no phone number for customer service so I have emailed on four different occasions because I have not received a response to my inquiry. I was then emailed a tracking number, however there has never been any updates, which is highly unusual. One of the socks was not printed correctly- they put a human face on it when in the instructions I wrote “dogs faces only”. Very expensive gift that’s way too late for the birthday girls special day, and printed wrong. Since I can’t give this gift I tried it on. They are slippery and the elastic doesn’t hold the sock up. Extremely disappointed, it is a really great idea, but I won’t be a repeat customer. ***Updated 2/20/21**** Have received an email from Pup Socks with a notice that they were reprinting the socks. I did receive the socks a few weeks later, but was sent a reprint of the one pair that was already correct, not the one with the misprint. Gave additional star because they replied via email and here and reprinted the socks, even if it was the wrong one.

Wrong size sent but cute socks
I was so excited to get these socks for my granddaughters and when they arrived they were adult size. I sent an email to get the right size sent and have not heard back from anyone. The socks themselves are very cute but definitely not the size I ordered. Anne Marie Rock

Lackluster Customer Service
I’ve ordered from PupSocks before and had a great experience; 3 day production and quick shipping. However, I placed an order 16 days ago, it took 9 days to produce, and on day 9 they created the shipping label, but after a week, it still hasn’t been sent to USPS to actually ship. I contacted customer service via email after about a week and it took them another week to reply. When they did reply it was to direct me to the tracking number and to tell me to call USPS, who said that there’s no tracking available yet because PupSocks hasn’t actually mailed the package. I know production times are longer because of the holiday, but they’ve already exceeded the times on their website and it’s very disappointing to be this close to Christmas and wonder if a gift I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago that’s produced in the city I live in will actually make it to me in time or if I need to get a back up gift. All in all, it’s unfortunate that customer service took so long to respond initially, was unhelpful when they did, and still haven’t responded to my follow up email. Great product, frustrating experience

Typically, USPS asks customers to allow at least 6 business days for your tracking to update, however during the holidays we noticed that orders needed additional time to update. Takes too long!!!
Order 2 pair of socks in the beginning of November and I'm yet to receive them. They did refund me 15% off but this is ridiculous. The ad said shipped right away, but that isn't the case.
