Never received my order

Took my money and never delivered. Won't respond to messages, emails, etc. It's been over a month. Could be a scam.

Completely wrong size, poor quality

Ordered several socks at the very beginning of December for Christmas gifts. The site stated that the order would arrive within 8 days. After two weeks, I contacted customer service and received an automated response saying a response could take 72 hours. I never received further response. My order wasn’t delivered until December 29. Based on reviews, this is not an isolated incident by any means. Terrible customer service. Also, the socks look cheap and poorly made.

Took way too long and now I get a marketing email everyday.

Ordered them 15 days ago and the delivery date keeps getting delayed. I still don’t have the product and you asked for a review so here you go.

Not what I expected. The sock material is weird, almost like recycled plastic or something. Not a normal sock material. There is no process where the image is confirmed. I used a photo that I thought would be good quality but it didn’t look right on the final product. Having a step to confirm the image before production would be nice. Love the idea but won’t purchase again.
