Ordered on Dec 7th, still hasn't arrived by the 31st.

Most disappointing Christmas gift order I've ever placed! Ordered socks for 7 family members on December 1st believing the website that said orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days! What an absolute joke!!! Here it is December 31st and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER!!!!!! I cannot comment as to quality of the socks but I can tell you the service and order fulfillment is absolutely terrible.

Adorable socks but material and design are no good. Will be admired but not worn. Pretty disappointed overall.

I wish I would have known my photo was not going to show up on the socks - I could have sent a better one. You can’t even tell what is on the socks. Horrible for $30! Never again!!

Never received them! Was supposed to get them before Christmas. I sent several messages and never got responses. I will not pay for these

Dogs face looks like a black blob. Tried to reach customer support multiple times 2 weeks ago. No response. I would avoid this company

Image quality of the dog was terrible. Very dark. They never sent a proof or approve and the picture of the dog was so dark you can barely see the face . You would think the design artist would have lightened the image a little. Terrible because this was a gift that was for someone.

Every day this week I have received a notification from UPS that my package would arrive by 9 p.m. It is now Friday and it still hasn't come. Everyday the tracking changes. I don't know whether to blame pupsocks or UPS but it is very frustrating. I cannot possibly review my purchase since I still have never received it.
