I ordered and paid for a blanket with two dog faces. I sent in the pictures and didn’t receive my order until after Christmas (that really wasn’t a big deal, it was December when I ordered). When I opened it after I got it, it only had one dog face on it. I have tried to contact customer service through email and haven’t gotten any response. We love the blanket that we received. If it would have been the right one or at least we would have been helped, when we notified them, I would have given them 5 stars. They really need work on their communication with customers.

Still waiting for a response to my missing socks from an order placed on 11/24/2021. I received one of two pair ordered and can't get a response. You won't retain customers if the experience is horrible. I own multiple dogs and would have purchased many products for my family and our friends who also have fur family. Now I just want a refund and to be done with this company because of the horrible customer service. They need to learn the lesson of controlled growth to ensure satisfied customers. Plenty of companies offer these products now and at a lower cost. If I don't hear back by next week (been waiting more than 2 weeks already) I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So disappointed with this whole experience.

Sock quality & material is cheap & not as advertised. The socks are made with a very thin polyester type material and the color & picture is distorted when stretched, there is no heel as pictured. it’s a single tube like sock & had faded white lines on sides where pressed. Took over a month to get delivered & didn’t make it in time to give as a planned Christmas gift. I was very disappointed in my purchase.

I sent your customer service account and email but haven’t received a response yet. I ordered three different colors of socks. Two of them are the same color but are different sizes. The whole order arrived late. Not a satisfied customer, unfortunately.

Horrible customer service. Took 6 weeks for order to arrive. Emailed them 3 times asking to cancel order And be refunded. Will never use them again.

Unfortunately I ordered a low-cut/no show sock for my wife and I received a crew(calf height) that fits my foot. I wear a size 11.5 and she a size 7; I ordered the appropriate size for her foot. It’s a great idea, however the finished product is not something I would recommend. Very disappointed. Will not order again.

I was excited to get these for our granddaughter and, even though they didn’t make it by Christmas, I thought they would still be a great surprise. They arrived and I am very disappointed. I certainly wouldn’t have spent that money in a store if I’d seen them. The dog was only a black blob with no detail but I could live with that but the black color was “smudged” throughout the pink socks, even on the edges. A waste of money!

The site was easy to use and I ordered in time for international shipping before Christmas according to the guidelines on the site. I have not received my order and no one has responded to my emails asking for an update or refund.
