I wrote a complaint on 12/28. I was so excited to get this blanket. The blanket was supposed to have two different cat faces meshed together throughout the blanket. You can’t see one of the cats at all and the other face is blurry. That faces are way bigger than the images online make it out to be. I really would like the blanket to be re-done but I haven’t received a response yet. I know that the blankets they’ve done do end up looking great. I’m disappointed that I spent so much money on it and can’t even tell what kind of animals are on the blanket, let alone my personal cats on it. I have yet to hear back from anyone!

Still haven't received my order, despite being placed over 3 weeks ago. Customer service gets a 0.

Its impossible to trace my package and it never arrived. I waited almost a month and a half.

Terrible customer service. No response. And still waiting for my blanket that was never shipped.

I ordered on 12/1 for a Christmas present delivery. The estimate for delivery at time of order was 8-10 business days. I sent the company a message via their "contact us" form on their website. I immediately received an automated email saying a response could take up to 72 hours. I never received a response. I received an email on 12/17 indicating my order had shipped. I replied to that email on 12/20 asking for a status because UPS tracking didn't show any progress. I never heard back. UPS tracking indicated "Package received for processing" on 12/21. Ultimately, I received my order on 12/29. Through all of that, I never heard from anyone in customer service. Quality of the socks is ok, but not great, particularly for the price. I ordered 9 pairs for a total of $206.40. The sizing is off. They are sized extremely large. I ordered men's 7-10 and they fit more like a size 12. The complete lack of customer service is the biggest disappointment. Throughout the entire process I thought there was a real possibility that this company was a scam. Late Christmas present stinks too. Bottom line, I would never order from this place again.

I ordered on the tenth and still haven't received it. I've contacted customer support three times and have never received a response. I will have to fight this charge on my card.

Order made on 12/7/21. Received shipping notice with tracking number. Was supposed to be delivered 12/24 but no updating of package from 12/22. Sent emails to company several times, no response. Also received failure to deliver notice that my emails were undeliverable. Tried calling company listed in my credit card transaction, no response. UPS and USPS had no record of where my order was. Sent final email on 12/26 explaining that if I had not heard from them by 12/28, I would cancel payment. No response. I canceled payment. I finally received package on 12/29 but socks were of poor quality and definitely not worth what I paid for them. Poor or no customer service from this company. Noticed many unfavorable reviews of company on Google and Facebook. Would never recommend! Buyer beware!

I have never received my order. It’s been almost 2 months and I have tried emailing them on their contact form twice with no response. My tracking number has said shipment ready for UPS since 12/8 even tho I got an email that said my order had shipped. Will I ever receive my 1 pair of socks?
