Quality of socks is good - the reason for 3 stars is for the delay in delivery. It took longer than expected for socks to be produced and shipped. Quite disappointed in that aspect of the service.

Updated…I finally received the blankets I ordered and am extremely satisfied with them! I still have yet to hear from anyone from this company though which is sad because I would have ordered from them again. I ordered two blankets and have yet to receive them. I have tried to email customer support but the email is invalid. I sent a message on Facebook and Instagram and nothing yet. I would love to give a better review but spending over $100 for nothing is a bad way of doing business. Next step, get my money back.

Overall I had mixed reviews for this company. I ordered socks and a face mask. I ordered on Nov 30th and didn't receive the items until December 23rd. The mask had no structure whatsoever. Just an oval with elastic attached. I wish it could fit around the mouth better instead of just hanging off. There is no metal for the nose either. The socks came out decent but the picture seems so much darker than what I sent in. Might be my fault for the choice of photo, but a preview of the socks would have easily alleviated that problem. I like the idea of the company but I feel it could be executed better.

The face of the dog on the sock is way too dark - so it only looks like the outline of the head. They should have lightened the photo if needed but it did not look that dark when I uploaded it… not sure what went wrong.

The print looks amazing but the shape of the item wasn’t truly a sock shape - made it awkward to wear. Plus the fabric was a uncomfortable. If a true sock was used, I’d absolutely buy more of these because they did a great job capturing my furry friends’ faces.

The socks were cute and the fabric seemed sturdy. The face mask was small, barely covering my nose and mouth. Took forever to ship ~2 months. Never got a response when I emailed to inquire about the hold up. The socks showed up a week later. Probably won't order anything else from them.

Quality and style of sock very underwhelming for price. Sizes seem same! Fun for the novelty but wouldn’t do again.

The product was fine. The delivery time was not. If you can’t ensure delivery of a product within the 8-10 days the confirmation email states, maybe you need to change that email.
