I ordered these as a gift
I ordered these as a gift. I ordered men’s 9-13 for someone with a size 11 foot, so shouldn’t have had a sizing issue. When trying them on they ripped immediately. So never got to even wear them. I have sent two emails to try to get a new pair, as the person loved them. I have heard absolutely nothing back and it’s been a week. So disappointed in the quality and how the company has handled it.

You pay for the companies mistake!
On Jan. 31, 2022 I ordered 3 pairs of socks totaling just under $88 for a Valentine’s Day gift. I received the sock 3 days before and the order was wrong. I received someone else’s loved ones socks. I requested a full refund as I no longer wanted to the socks. I had to get a different gift last minute. The company stated they would only provide a refund for the order minus their customization fees stating it’s not their policy to provide a full refund. So I have to pay the customization fee for socks that aren’t the right size and have someone else’s loved one. I will never use this company again. Buyers beware of the return policy even when the company makes the mistake!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered socks second week of December. Supposed to ship in 5 days or so. I get it Christmas rush. Mid January, still no socks. Finally got to an email, after I contacted the BBB. Said they would be put into production again, offered 15% as a courtesy. Okay. Was supposed to get them in 5 days. Finally recieved the socks in Mid February. They are nothing special. Would not recommend.

Hi Bryan, Thanks for your feedback! We are extremely sorry you didn't receive your order when originally expected and for any inconvenience, this may have caused. After looking into your order details, we are glad to see a replacement order was delivered on Feb 05. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty socks that can be worn. Because we are customer-focused, we would love for you to please give us a 2nd chance to "pup-your-socks off". Please go to Gopupsocks.com and use "Trust20" on any other of our custom-made products! We want and appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team 🌟

Order socks for Christmas
Order socks for Christmas, shipping was originally estimated for delivery well before 12/25. Delivery finally arrived in early January. However, what was delivered was not what I ordered. It was the wrong color and with some other random dog picture on it (not mine). I have yet to receive a response back about an exchange or refund.

Hi Matt, Thank you for your review! It is never our intention to send the wrong order and for that, we are deeply saddened. We’ve worked so hard to create a structured production and fulfillment process and hate that we dropped the ball with your order. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. After looking into your order details, I can see where reached out via email on Feb 16 to provide a solution. Please email our support team directly at [email protected] to confirm that your order issue has been rectified to your satisfaction. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your patience. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team 🐾

Terrible customer service
My order showed up with missing pets. Waste of time and a bit frustrating. I’ve sent a few emails and have yet to hear from any one. Wish I would have not wasted my time and money getting pictures uploaded and paid.

delayed shipping and absent customer service
Ordered After ordering I received a notification that the order was going to be delayed beyond what the original expected ship date was. OK, stuff is busy I get that, but there wasn't any estimate as to when they would be shipped. Finally shipped after Christmas was over so that was the start. Second, 2 of the 4 pairs had the wrong images on them. I submitted a request online to address this and received no response at all. For socks that are $30+/pair when you get 2 right and 2 wrong, it's kind of a big deal. So after giving ample time to response, I am now giving a poor review due to the shipping delays and non-existent customer service.

It is 2/15/22 and I have not received my order from 12/12/21. I have emailed customer service (because there is no phone number you can call) and have not received a contact back. I will update if I ever get my socks.
