I finally received my order December 30th, after many attempts to contact their team about a missing 30% discount, which was never applied. Also, my socks arrived after Christmas, and at the time I placed the order it was guaranteed by December 20th at the latest. It was useless to me at that time as they were meant to be a Christmas gift. The quality is also very poor and they are basically unwearable. Do not order from this terrible website.

I placed my order on Dec. 7th. I have not received the product and have tried to contact customer service twice and have not received a response.

1 star because I can't give no stars. Pupsocks had one job - ONE JOB! To put a picture of our dog on a pair of socks - that is the whole concept of the company, it says it in the name. One pair of socks received, paw print design, no picture of our dog. Basically paid over the odds for a basic pair of socks. Contacted customer services TWICE and got the automatic reply 'We'll be in touch in 72 hours'. That was over a week ago. Hopefully this review will wake somebody up. I'm still awaiting an answer on whether to return or if the correct product will be processed. Strongly advise not to use, incorrect products and quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever come across.

Hi, Ive ordered on the 10th décember and i still not received my socks No news for the delivery delay. I do not recommend this site for a purchase. bad experience

My order was supposed to arrive by December 20th, before Christmas. Sadly, it still has not arrived and Christmas has passed. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and order cancelation. No one has responded to help resolve this issue. Very disappointed, unhappy and dissatisfied with this experience.

Was not impressed with the quality. Purchased a small blanket and pair of socks. If your seeking quality I would not recommend the product.

I am so very sad as the gift arrived too late (which actually is not that big of deal in our current world) but now I cannot gift them regardless as the image of my dear friends puppy was printed too dark, unacceptable print quality. A total waste of money very sad :(

I didn't receive what I ordered. Ordered a red super mom throw and received a plain white throw with no writing. Cats picture was perfect, but on the wrong throw. I've tried contacting pupsocks twice and have yet to receive a response.
