Terrrible experience as a new customer. Purchased my socks in November. Christmas came and went and never received the item. I reached out 4-5x trying to have someone look into the shipping ETA, all I received were canned responses. I finally got a tracking # and when clicked, zero shipping info on regards to arrival date. Will never purchase from again and will dispute the charge on my card as I never received the item…

Entire experience was poor! Order took longer than it should have. Website pop up said order for Christmas delivery. They arrived on 12/29, that alone wasn’t a huge deal. Then I opened the package, wrong dog. Not even close to the picture I uploaded. I emailed back about the issue. Nothing but an automated reply. I’ll be contacting the credit card company next week to have the charges reversed. Don’t really have the time for the hassle!

My order was super late, even though I paid for expedited shipping and in plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. Also, the material is awful, and cheap.

Socks were fine, but ordered dec 10th for Xmas, said 3-5 days, but didn't arrive until dec 29th. I emailed the company multiple times no response. I wouldn't recommend this site at all.

Arrived 13 days after it said it shipped after being told it would arrive before Christmas. Customer service only available though an email that they never respond to even though they auto reply stating they will. Ordered a women's SMALL ( Size 4-8) and socks are so big that they are too big for me and I wear a size 12 wide. Horrible business practices. Stay away
