Product looks good as promised, but the packaging gave away the surprise when it arrived in the mail today. Great. A warning if you plan to buy this as a gift - find a different shipping address. Tooting your own horn is great but man, give it a rest when you have my money OK?

I wanted to like these socks but they were done incorrectly both times. Customer service was quick to respond when I emailed about the first pair that was done wrong. I received the new pair pretty quickly but they were done wrong, too. I asked that only the 3 dogs’ faces be used from the pics I uploaded - the first pair excluded one dog and had my daughter’s face instead. The second pair had the correct dogs but included my other daughter’s face. I didn’t contact customer service a second time.

It’s a great idea but a very expensive novelty gift at best. The special instructions were totally ignored and one of the items picture is so dark you can’t catch any detail at all. A email before going to print would have been nice to see what I was about to get, I would have changed the picture or lightened it up a bit. Possibly some quality control would have been effective. Whatever, I’m not impressed for the price.
