I had two separate orders. One was delivered correctly. The other has never been received. I’ve tried to contact many times and get no response. Money was taken out of my account and still nothing. It’s been over a month.

One month after my order, I have no news of it.

Never arrived. Emailed company and they never responded. Just awful.

I ordered a pair of socks for my daughter for Christmas on November 11. I never received them even though they supposedly shipped. I am working on a refund now. Disappointed!

Your order was late and was sent to the wrong address. The quality of the printing and design was very good but the sock isn’t a sock. It’s a long tube fabric sewed together with no elastic. It’s loose fitting and not comfortable material. I changed the ship to address weeks in advance and it still went to the wrong address. I contact customer service three times over two weeks and never got a reply. You’re going to give me excuses about the holidays and shipping difficulties etc. but it’s all BS. My entire experience has been sub par.

Never received order. Never received email back from support. This was meant to be a special Christmas gift. No communication whatsoever. Horrible experience

HORRIBLE quality and customer service. I feel completely had! No response to emails. 4 weeks to get AND THEY DONT EVEN FIT OVER A NORMAL SLENDER FOOT. SCAM SCAM SCAM! stay away!!!!!!

I’d love to give a good review - but quality of the blanket and socks are awful! Both were supposed to be a gift and can’t give either person the items.
