Slow shipping, good print quality, terrible fabric
Title says it all. + Took 1 month to ship, which maybe you can give them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID. + Image looks fantastic, but its essentially a novelty... + Worst fabric material imaginable. Unwearable. tldr: NOT WORTH THE MONEY

No communication on shipping
No communication on shipping, constant email advertisement for what I already purchased saying I didn't complete my order and the socks crinkle making them uncomfortable.

Disappointed- Random animal on an item
So disappointed- Random animal on an item... There were several items ordered at once for my children as both Christmas and Birthday gifts. Upon receipt would have needed to be reshipped by me to be received in time. I did not get the order in time for the December 16th Birthday, but could have dealt with that. Upon receipt of the order to my surprise, socks with my son’s dog on two blankets and socks - good ✅. Couple of pairs of socks with my daughters cats - good ✅. Blanket for my daughter with a random dog on it instead of her cats??? BAD 🚫 Took five days to get a response to my inquiry - they will replace it - but now a birthday gift missed and also a Christmas gift missed - All ordered with more than ample time to be fulfilled properly.

I LOVE Pup Socks and have ordered for a couple of years from you all. I placed a sizable order in PLENTY of time to get here during the pandemic. It’s not here! I got a messages today asking me to rate my purchase and I messaged back that I hadn’t received it yet and then almost immediately got an email that it had shipped. Did you all just forget? I don’t even need them now! We have a sock gift exchange on Christmas morning and I’ve been waiting for days for the package to arrive-not be shipped! You all gave me a discount but I can’t use them. I have to go out immediately and purchase socks for Christmas morning! I ordered in plenty of time!!

Very slow shipping

Cute but not wearable
Image on socks is cute but these socks aren’t comfortably wearable. They do not fit to your foot at all. Baggy in the toe and rolls of fabric around the ankle. Took a long time, got lost in the mail for about 10 days. Not pupsocks fault, but the there was a severe lack of customer service when I was trying to figure out if should order again to have in time for Christmas. Do not recommend. Got a much better quality sock from a different company.

don't waste your time and money here
i ordered two facemasks on 11/28 in preparation for christmas. they took almost a month to get to me and customer service was very slow to respond when i asked when i could expect the masks to arrive. the masks are not very good quality--they're very small and don't fit adult faces very well. i will be fixing them myself so they can at least be kinda useable. very disappointed. will not be ordering from them again.
