I understand that the photo i sent with my order was of a black dog, but, if you can't do a decent job with a photo you receive, you should advise the customer. What you produced was an expensive white sock with a black blob on it, a result that was totally unacceptable and which i'm embarrassed to present as the intended gift to the dog's owner. Too bad that your business is completely profit-based and has no allowance for quality or honesty with your clients. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Placed my order on 12/08/21 it’s now 01/01/22 and have not received it.

I received the blanket with just the outline of their faces. I thought it was going to look just like the picture I sent to you.

I did not get the option to preview the image. The socks finally arrived after the 3rd anticipated delivery date and the picture was a black blob. Sadly I would never recommend this site.

I’ve contacted customer service via email and chat regarding the poor quality of one of the items purchased. I have not heard back. The “image” of the dog is a black blob. In addition the “pink” Sock was printed soo poorly the sock was folded therefore there is a white gap. Dissatisfied with product and disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the company

PupSocks sent me the wrong socks and does not provide a way of disputing the transaction.

Ads indicated we’d receive before Christmas. We did not. The dog pics (2 dogs) were way too dark, blurry, and barely recognizable. Very disappointed for a $30 pair of socks that were intended to be a fun Christmas gift.

Zero shape, do not fit feet. Extremely disappointed in the product received.
