Wish there was a zero star option, seriously. Communication is poor. To the point where I had to open a case with PayPal. When I finally got back an email concerning my order, the link for the tracking number didn’t produce any useful information. Gave one star because the blanket finally arrived after Christmas and looks okay. We’ll see after washing it. Will never order from Pupsocks again.

I still haven’t received my order and no one ever gets back to you.

The socks arrived late for Xmas even though I paid for priority shipping early Dec and it was committed. 2. The socks photo was printed so dark you cannot see our dogs eyes and looks nothing like her. 3. I emailed a week ago to your team and got ZERO reply. Please email me back and refund my account.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The product took 4+ weeks to arrive, with a 4 week response time from customer support. Sadly it was not worth the lengthy wait, as the quality of the product is a joke. One pets face is a black circle, and the other stretched. The socks themselves are an asymmetrical size, not wearable even with the laughable print. Do your research and believe the negative reviews, this company is a scam.

The picture on the blanket turned out very very poorly. If the picture was not great quality on my end, I should have been contacted so that I can submit a different picture.

I ordered on December 8th. I still haven't received my order. I requested an update and was provided a tracking number. Each day I check the tracking number it says they will be delivered that day by 9 p.m. The post office says they haven't received the package. It didn't take you anytime to charge me.

I placed my order on Nov. 20th and didn’t receive my order until Dec. 28th. We’ll ahead of the advertised last day to receive orders by Christmas. Additionally, the dog image on the sock is barely recognizable. I assumed these were professionals who know how to use photo editing software and are able to adjust contrast, saturation and such. Their operating skill level appears to hover in the preschool range. I’ll never make another purchase here and will do my best to ensure no one else makes this mistake.

Have not received order or update in over 3 weeks.
