Took a long time to process order and ship. Contacted customer service and they apologized for delay. Offered me a discount on my items, but still took another week or so ship. Once shipped, shipping was slow but that’s to be expected with Covid 19.

They had the faces but weren't as good as the pictures they show during advertising looked cheaper and the socks look like you give them once and they will be ruined pretty quickly.

The pictures/graphics came out very well on the socks, but the socks don't seem very warm and cozy. It would be nice if they were a bit softer/fuzzier.

A bit expensive, especially shipping to Canada. The blue socks are actually a light baby blue, so not quite as shown. The dog face is super cute! I think my son will get a kick out of them.

I had two cat faces printed on the socks I ordered and although one face is OK, the other one looks stretched... I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed by the result compared to the images shown on the web site, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, I don't think I will recommend PupSocks.

The socks are adorable. The print quality is great; very clear image, and durable inks. The shipping was also pretty good. Arrived sooner than expected, and sufficiently packaged. I have two complaints, though. First, the sizing seems pretty snug. I ordered a medium, which is supposed to fit a women's 9-11. My wife wears an 11, but the socks just barely fit. Would've gotten a large if I'd known. Secondly, the material has little to no stretch to it at all. Most regular socks are kinda thick and stretchy, whereas these are not. If they fit properly, I still don't think they'd be very comfortable. They look great, though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I received the socks, they are cute. Pretty sure I spent extra money for a mystery gift I didn’t get though!!!!!!
