The quality of the pictures on the material is great, but the rest of the product is disappointing. I ordered two different sizes, and received 4 socks of different lengths altogether. The socks do not fit properly. They don’t fit well over the ankle and also don’t stay in on the foot. Very poor quaint and I’m very disappointed as these were $25 a pair!

This was a gift. I did not receive it by Christmas. It's now New Year's day and I still haven't received it. I emailed the company but didn't receive a response. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card.

Not only did no one reply to my email concerning a missing/late order, but the socks have not arrived, and the customer service email address is now refusing my emails. The delay was not on the Canadian side, but 100% from your production team. My order should have arrived by Christmas according to the advertising on your site when I placed my order, which was obviously false advertising. There were no delays at that time. And now I’ve received an email to rate my experience, which let’s face it, is zero.

The print color ran my pup looks like he has blue hair. So disappointed I could not give them as a gift. Sent email for a refund and received no response! Should of read the reviews first before I made my purchase!!

The order was placed on Nov 27 and I received it over a month later. Once it finally arrived, it was a picture of the WRONG DOG (looks to be q stock image they just choose) and the size sent was incorrect. The socks material is also abrasive and uncomfortable on the skin I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

Never got product! Why?

Your customer service is horrible, you cannot deliver in tge time frame pr I missed. To date, I have yet to hear any type of response other than your automated response that I will hear from someone within 72 hours.

I'm giving such a low rating for multiple reasons. 1. The fabric quality is so poor, these are anything but "soft and comfortable" as stated multiple times on the website. I'll give them credit on the picture quality, but the comfort and fabric is a big no. 2. Their customer service is non existent. I emailed them almost a week ago after receiving them and have still heard nothing in return.
