Love the product, the socks look awesome and I can't wait to see my son's face when he opens his present on Christmas Day. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because it was so stressful loosing the tracking information for over 2 weeks, as Christmas fast approaches. I tried online contact forms, Facebook messages and email to get an update. Most systems bounced or no reply until after the items was dispatched. We are in NZ so it did have a long way to come but better tracking would have given me more confidence. Thankfully in time for Christmas. Love the concept and I am sure you will have made my son happy, just would have been better not to stress his mum out that it wasn't a legit company!

Ordered blanket then realized I clicked the wrong one. Contacted them immediately and they said they couldn’t change the order once it was placed. It had been literally 5 mins . Bad customer service

The socks are very cute, but stiff. They hardly stretch at all & I'm worried they won't fit my son who will receive them for Christmas.

The socks are cute and look nice but unfortunately aren’t the most comfortable or well shaped. The socks somehow have a more square shape to them and the material isn’t that comfortable. I’m a bit disappointed as they do look nice.

Everything was fine except the photo on the socks. We sent in a great photo but when it was cut/cropped(most likely by a computer) you can’t recognize our pet. It’s like a standard form was used. Cookie cutter cut out of photo.

I ordered two pairs of socks, one with our dog and one with cat. The dog one came with my daughter's face instead of the dog! I specifically put in the instruction "dog head only". They said they are resending with correction but I have yet to receive it.

The photo is very cute and realistic. Unfortunately the socks are pretty scratchy and uncomfortable.

For the price, I thought they would be more comfortable socks. Instead, they are not very soft or comfy and, because of how they are designed, don't fit very well.
