I ordered a custom blanket with dog faces on them. I received a plain red blanket with dog bones on it. No customization at all. It also took over 4 weeks to arrive. I will never ever order from them again and I will tell everyone I know how terrible they are. Customer service is a joke. Never responds to emails.

Ordered cat socks that arrived after Christmas and they sent me the wrong ones. I received Order #405055 if someone is looking for their cat socks.

I ordered 2 pair of socks on 12/8. Shipping was estimated to be 8-10 days. The socks were supposedly shipped on 12/18. Order was not received until 12/28. These were Christmas gifts for out of town company who left on 12/27. I now have to mail to them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They have no customer service. The blanket was orange. Not red. The pictures were over cropped. I would not order again.

Do not order from this company EVER! They never respond to questions about your order. Look at all the F rating from the BBB. I should've looked first. Won't make that mistake ever again.

I would give it a negative zero if I could. Socks never arrived, customer service is a sham. The only follow up is spam emails. The entire company has an F rating. I should have done my research before ordering…

Bad Communication, Late delivery. Crappy product when it did arrive.
