Would not order again
Would not order again. They asked for instructions/suggestions but did not follow them anyway. I asked that they crop the dogs photo to include a tennis ball, instead, they cropped OUT the ball, removing part of his face so that he looks disfigured. This was a gift. An embarrassing one, for sure. Masks are super thin with no way to insert a filter, etc. Useless. Very disappointed.

My order took over 2 months to arrive
My order took over 2 months to arrive. The socks themselves were disappointing; the fabric too slick, the socks not full-fashioned so no heel. I will never buy from a Facebook ad again.

Seriously? You'd like me to review your product when it hasn't arrived and I have no reliable information when it will? Tracking has been showing it to arrive every day for about a week so far. Okay, here's a review: Don't order from this company until they establish a more reliable shipping method. Update: Order still didn't arrive today 2-23-22. Update: 2-24-22 Nope, still not here. It looks like my order died in Las Vegas 13 days ago. Update: 2-25-22 Nope, looks like my order is headed back to Tolleson, AZ, where it was 15 days ago. Don't order from this company. Anyone missing their socks? I have them!
I ordered socks with our dog on them for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I placed the order on 2/1/22, I knew it was cutting it close for a custom order but to my surprise they arrived on 2/10/22. Except the socks I got were two dogs (neither of which being mine), not the color socks I ordered, just completely wrong. I understand mistakes happen so I reached out that same day. I received a response 2/11/22 asking for me to send a photo of the item I received. I responded the same day with a photo of the item I received. It is now nearly 2 weeks later and I have received no communication from anyone regarding my order. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’d expect a little more from a company charging $25 for a pair of socks 🙄 But if anyone is missing their socks with two cute dogs let me know I’ll send em to ya!

Terrible quality product
Terrible quality product, even worse customer service. 2 months I’ve been trying to get this resolved and can’t get a response even when I get a direct team member who agrees my order wasn’t correct and will get it corrected. This company is a joke.

Worst socks ever
Worst socks ever. The faces turned out nice but the fabric was similar to cardboard. There was absolutely no shaping done with the socks. I think their stencil was a pole. You can’t bend your foot at all in them. They either needed a different stencil or different pattern for them to even be slightly acceptable (even though they really need both). I’ve never had to give a company such a bad review but I’m super upset with the quality of these. I bought them for my husband for Valentine’s Day and he tried them on and threw them in the trash. It was a total waste of money. I ordered from a different company before and thought I could order here to save a few dollars but never again. I reached out to the company and they never responded. Literally the worst $30 I ever spent.
