I ordered my socks on Nov 27 as gifts for 2 people on my Christmas list. The socks hadn’t been delivered by December 19 so I reached out via email and via the website but never heard back from customer service. The socks arrived sometime after Christmas so I was not able to give them as a gift. I still have not heard from customer service regarding my request for a refund. The socks are cute but I obviously haven’t worn them so I have no idea if they are comfortable.

I was very disappointed in the blanket I received. It was flimsy and the photos were cropped so that the dogs looked ridiculous. It was a gift for my daughter. As it happens one of her friends got her a similar item from another company (Collage). That one was fat, fleecy and the photos were vibrant. I was so embarrassed by my greatly inferior gift. Turns out we paid exactly the same price. I had contacted Pupsocks multiple multiple times before I placed the order to get answers to my questions but never heard anything back from an actual person. I crossed my fingers and ordered because they promised Christmas delivery. Turns out that was not the case. It arrived Dec 31. I will not use Pupsocks again for anything.

The blanket is very soft, however the image I provided is of my white cat with beautiful blue eyes and the image on the blanket I received is light brown cat with creepy dark eyes. I reached out for support to try and get it corrected but have not heard back.

Never received my purchase. It was ordered 12/10, marked for shipping on 12/18, but the tracking number supplied never shows it being shipped, still says waiting for pickup. As far as I’m concerned, this is a sham business. Tried to email customer service, got a can’t deliver email back. Thanks for nothing PupSocks!👎🏻

I ordered two pairs of socks as Christmas presents. It took forever to get. One came in correctly and one came with a completely different animal on it. I have emailed them four times and have not received a response, no refund, nothing at all. Beware of this company. They finally emailed me back and said they would send the correct pair….we shall see.

Never got my order and never got a response from anyone about where it is, it’s been almost a month
