What a joke!!!! First of all.. no one EVER answers emails...of course no phone #...I guess the complaint department would be swamped with ‘ can I talk to your manager’......shipping was comical. I KNOW this did not come from TIM-BUCK-TWO, and was never on a ship, in the ocean, down by the river......???? Got my first ‘ITS ON ITS WAY’ email after 3 weeks and 4 days—-even though it says you item will be shipped 6-10 days after order. NOT BUSINESS DAYS- just regular ole DAYS!!!! Even if the mean business days- it was still too long. It was listed as UPS then USPS...once at my local post office, tracking showed it out for delivery 5 FRICKEN DAYS in a row.... WHAT IN THE ??? Really??? I know the world has changed over the last 20 months....but WOW... I didn’t realize we went back to the pony express and delivering by horseback!!!! Now- for the PRODUCT- as expected- not FANTASTIC, not HORRIBLE

I don’t know what these are, but they’re definitely not socks. They may be tube-shaped but that doesn’t make them socks. The material is disgusting. Looking back now, I see it doesn’t actually say what they’re made of. The printing is also not great. I’m disappointed I spent so much money on them. Not even worth it at 30% off.

My order was never received.

Have no received product. Says it's been stuck at USPS for over two weeks. Tracking is not accurate. Tried to contact the company and they didn't respond. Second email to them bounced back and their facebook page doesn't exist. What happened? Scam or what?

I ordered socks for my son for Christmas and was VERY disappointed! The pic of my dog on the socks were very dark! You can hardly tell what he is! If they needed another picture why did they not let me know. Also the quality of the socks were not good.

Late and poor image quality

Ordered a pair of socks for my wife, women's size 4-8. Opened the package and they are huge. I wear men's size 11.5 and they fit me. They're also made from rather uncomfortable materials. Like woven plastic. Can't even return them because they're custom printed.

I placed my order on December 3- got notification it was shipped on December 11- I never received it. I reached out like the website says on December 23- it is January 1 and I have not heard from anyone. They send an auto email that says someone will get back to me in 72 hrs. They have no phone number so I can not even request a refund. This was supposed to be a special Christmas gift. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend this company.
