Having an issue receiving an order.

Order was very delayed, understandable given current covid conditions. However better communication would have been appreciated. The print on the socks was great, however quality of the fabric was questionable.

The socks turned out pretty great. They crop your pictures really well. The quality of the socks isn’t amazing they feel pretty cheap. The sizes also look huge. I haven’t open them up and tried on because I got them as gifts for family and friends. But they look like they’ll be humongous even though I ordered the proper size for each person. Hopefully once they try them on and maybe wash them they will fit fine. Overall not too bad although price is a little high for socks that don’t seem the best quality. Took about 2-3 weeks to get here in Canada.

Very cool idea overall but the material the socks are made of feels very cheap, almost like a plasticy material.

Excellent job with the images, hilarious novelty gift but the quality of the socks themselves are definitely below average. Fun gift!

The images turned out great and the colour was very vibrant. But the sizing of the socks is really off. I ordered larger socks for my husband and they look huge, we joked that they were knee highs. He tried to put them on but couldn’t get his heel to fit. The material is also really weird. So now they’re more of a gag gift than something he’ll use.

The socks were cute, but the only thing that bummed me out was I picked the blue background for the socks, but when they came in, the image of the dog had a red hue around his head from the background of the original photo I submitted. I thought it was a mediocre crop job/edit for the price of the socks considering my pup’s head couldn’t be isolated from a plain red background. I have ordered other customizable pet gift this season from other companies and this was the only one where they left part of the colored background around his head of the photo,which doesn’t look good at all against the blue background of the Sock. Had I known the crop wouldn’t be great, I would have just ordered the socks in red so it might blend in a bit better.
