I received the order 3 werks after placing it. So got it on Dec 29 after I ordered it on Dec 6z. When I did get the order, I had ordered 3 pairs. 2 were correct and the 3rd was a mystery dog. I’m still waiting on feedback for a replacement or refund.

I received the wrong product with the wrong pet face. The quality of the cat picture was terrible and you could barely make out the eyes (I have a French Bulldog, which was submitted). I have no idea about the material used, but it appears to be cheap and uncomfortable. We've left the socks in the packaging in the event you all want them returned. Overall unhappy. Customer service said they'd respond within 72 hours, which has long passed. Very very very disappointed since this was intended as a Christmas present for my wife...

If I could give zero stars I would. These are the worst socks I have ever put on my feet. The sock shape is terrible where the fabric bunches at the top of your foot making them very uncomfortable to wear. Furthermore, the material is plastic feeling. In addition to the socks being awful, my entire experience purchasing this item was terrible. The turnaround time on the website says 8 days. I order the socks on December 1 and they finally arrived on December 28. I emailed customer service 4 times and received only 1 vague reply back. My recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE.

Havent received in 3 weeks. Missed Christmas missed New Years. Wont order again. I can donate directly if I feel like it. Total mistake that I wasted my money because I have no guarantee Im getting them. I ordered 2 pair!

I’ve contacted customer service twice with no response, and they sent me the wrong socks. Not the pattern I picked and it’s not my dog

On 12/10, i ordered a pair of socks and a mask for stocking stuffers. The website said shipping in 3-5 days. I was leaving on 12/23 and kept trying to get an update on my order. No one answered live chats or emails. The tracking only said 'in production.' I left for vacation on 12/23 without these gifts. According to USPS informed delivery, they were delivered on 12/24. In addition to not being able to give these gifts on Christmas, I had to pay another $5 to ship them to the recipients after the holiday. I feel totally ripped off and will be very cautious when/if I ever order again from an internet company I've never heard of.

Ordered in November of 2021. Paid in November 2021. Contacted your company numerous times with NO response at all. It is now January of 2022 and I still have not received my order. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could leave negative stars I would.

Took my money, never sent any product, ghosted me when I asked for an update on order/refund.
