You couldn’t see my dogs eyes in the picture. The add said it would be here in time for Christmas, they were not & the material is uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend or order again.

Absolute WORST experience! Still have not received my order. I have messaged customer service 5 times and heard NOTHING back!!! The Better Business Bureau should shut you down!!!

My order took over 8 weeks and was late for Xmas. Once arrived my dogs face was just a black blob. Very disappointing!

Poor quality sock material. Poor quality photo. I had high hopes that receiving these socks might bring a little bit of happiness after the loss of our furbaby. In hindsight I wish I had just made a donation to an animal rescue on honor of our pup.

I was very disappointed in the end product - it was poor quality and I'm actually embarrassed to give it as a gift. I purchased socks previously and they were fun and great. The blanket was a huge miss and I'm so upset.

What a rip-off. They ask for a photo and then send some cheaply made socks without so much as a photo of the animal in question. No response to any emails either when you complain.

PupSocks are terrible on multiple levels! The customer service is horrible. I reached out several times trying to get an actual date of delivery. Instead I got a "we don't know" answer. 2 out of 3 of socks came well after Christmas which was unacceptable. If you can't fulfill an order in time then you should let your customers know BEFORE they order - that's what's fair. The quality of the sock material is also terrible - it's a weird synthetic. There is also a line down the middle of the socks where the printing meets. Overall - an expensive, terrible quality with terrible customer service. Buyer Beware!
