I bought 4 pairs with different animal faces for different folks and I felt a bit mislead by the advertising when I received them. The picture quality printed on the sock came out pretty fuzzy and lightly printed. When the socks stretch at all, the style of material and printing method makes the animal faces way blurrier. The advertising certainly suggested the socks would come out much clearer. They're still cool because they're custom, but I was a bit disappointed in quality. A neat idea, but I will probably not buy these again through PupSocks.

The socks themselves were weird looking and feeling, just an odd shape and texture. But the pictures were cute.

I absolutely love this concept for gifts! Thought I would get two pairs for my nephews. My cousin and sister also ordered pupsocks. Anyway, it took 19 business days instead of the promised 15 days since we are in Canada. When I emailed the support team, they just never answered back. Got the socks, they are super cute, but for the price, I would've liked a higher quality sock. Plus my sister's order, even though she ordered 10 days before me, never got done at all, so she had to cancel her order altogether. So they definitely need to work on their product and customer service.

The order was shipped much later than estimated when the order was created, but they did offer a 10% refund. Although the photo was cropped and edited nicely, I was disappointed in the quality of the socks.

Sock material very coarse hopefully will soften when washed. An expensive pair of socks that don’t look what they are worth

I made my original purchase and received the wrong order. I contacted the company and received a response in a timely manner. An apologize was offered followed by another order hopefully fulfilled with the right order this time. I’m still waiting the arrival of the second pair of socks. The time for them to be delivered needs improvement.

Design was good but the socks aren't very comfy at all

Super cute and accurate pup faces. Sizing isn’t accurate though. :( mine are way too big.
