The order was delivered incorrectly with only one dog face even though instructions were to place the two dogs faces that are next to one another.

Did not get the socks I ordered! Would not order from this company again. Facebook even has a page for customers that have been scammed so that must tell you something.

Ordered two faces on socks but came with only one! Took 3 weeks to receive….after Christmas 😡. Reached out to customer service with ZERO response. I WOULD NOT recommend this company for ANY product they sell. You are better off donating your money to your local animal shelter!

I was sent someone else’s socks and the fabric is terrible. So disappointed!

I placed my order nearly a month ago and have not received it yet. From the tracking info, it appears to have gotten stuck in transit. I sent a message to PupSocks on their Support page a week ago and have not heard back, so I decided to email their support team at the address linked in my confirmation email (which is the same email listed on their website). I got an autoreply that the email address was not found or is unable to receive mail.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! After waiting three weeks for my order, I was sent someone else’s socks! I have emailed customer service three times with no response. I want a refund!

Terrible product, material of sock is poor quality, picture of my dog is blurry, placed order at end of November, website said 15 business days, plenty of time for a gift for Christmas, didn’t receive until December 31, would not recommend this product, will make a bad review on Instagram.
