I ordered 2 pairs of dog socks. The one pair turned out alright, but the other pair had a black dog face and all you can see is a black blob. You can’t see her features (eyes, nose, mouth). For the money I spent, I’m very disappointed. The socks were suppose to be Christmas presents, and when I ordered them, your website guaranteed I would receive them before Christmas, but I didn’t. This was a bad experience, and I’m hoping you’ll do something to make it right. If not, I won’t be purchasing anything from your store again.

Horrible quality and material. There was a print over our print like a previous order bleed onto our sock order. Also, this is far from sock material. It's more like tie material. The print separates with the slightest stretch and looks strange.

I was so excited to give these socks as a gift! Not only did it take a while to receive them (ordered Dec. 11, got them Dec. 28) but when I got them, my dogs face was hardly noticeable. You could barely see his eyes! I sent an email to customer service and 4 days later I have sent another email since I haven’t received any word from them. I really hope this issue can be resolved because the ordering and the options were great! I’m hoping this is due to the holidays and things being hectic and printing of socks maybe being overlooked. I really hope this issue can be resolved.

Didn’t get a chance to preview items Items came late . Was told dec 23 got items dec 28 Picture I sent was cropped not to my liking Customer service response was lagging, days and days between responses Totally dissatisfied would not recommend Plus items are of cheap quality

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Ordered a pair of socks for my wife on Dec 10 - well before their Christmas cutoff. Got an email on Dec 19 that the socks were on their way with tracking info - only the tracking info is completely bogus !! UPS has no such tracking number in their system. It's Jan 2 and still haven't seen the socks. I've emailed them - because they have NO CHAT or PHONE options - three times without any response. The one thing they did 'right' ? Hit my credit card immediately. Save your money and frustration.

Took too long to ship and when I finally received the package, it was not my order. I have socks belonging to someone else and they have mine. My child’s picture is in the hands of a stranger. Not good.

I placed an order for two pair of socks on Dec 12. I received an email claiming the order shipped on Dec 19th. Now it’s Jan 2nd and I still haven’t received my order. When I track the shipping it simply says it’s “ready for shipment.” There is no other information.
