Placed an order December 2 and still have not received my product or heard back from customer service. Hard to believe this is a legitimate company after spending over $60 on two pairs of custom socks and the "tracking link" I received is a dead link to nowhere. DO NOT waste your money on their products - try a more reputable site instead.

I wished I’d checked out the negative reviews before ordering. This is apparently a terrible company. My experience: Horrible customer service. No way to contact Pup Socks. Promised delivery by Christmas. Sent an update email on Dec 19 with a UPS tracking number. A week later the tracking number was still never updated to show the package was even picked up. When the socks finally arrived after Christmas they were made of a really cheap material. Shop anywhere but Pup Socks!

I was disappointed in the material of the socks. Not comfortable at all. More of a gag gift, not functional ( expensive for a gag gift). Delivery was long, 3 weeks, did not arrive in time for Christmas. I would not purchase again.

Still have not received my order after placing it the first week of December. I’ve been in contact with customer service who is giving me the run around. I received a shipping notification, but the package hasn’t actually been in the possession of UPS. According to the tracking number, a label was created and that’s all. I’m very upset, as this was a Secret Santa gift. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! IT’s A SCAM!!!! Even when interacting with customer service, it takes 5-7 days for a response from them. RIDICULOUS!!!!

I was so excited about these as a gift for my mom. Unfortunately, the image of her dog did not really match the image provided. It was so dark you couldn’t even see the dogs eyes. He is an entirely brown dog, but the image I supplied was clear and light. It really seems like someone needed to check the graphic better before printing, all it needed was a bit of lightening up.

Terrible quality socks and the pictures were dark… I emailed before Christmas to reconfirm that I would receive my order by 12/25, bc I ordered on 12/8, and the website said I would receive it before then…. And I never received a response. I am not even going to reach out for a refund bc I probably won’t hear from the company anyways…. Really Disappointed. Don’t purchase from this company.

I received someone else’s order and not mine. I have emailed several times and no one has responded. Very frustrated.

Ordered on December 8th and never received my order. I am out 99 bucks. Have tried to contact customer service a number of times - via email, website, etc. all I get is a return to sender or generic response saying that I will hear from someone within 72 hours. This was going to be a best Christmas gift for my kids but thoroughly disappointed.
