The socks were potentially darling, but because the picture was so cropped it really doesn’t look like our dog.

Update: My package did arrive four days or so before Christmas… I am grateful and Customer Service sent two emails apologizing, which I appreciate. My package has not arrived yet. I have emailed several times. I have not really received a response, I believe, for my emails. But it’s interesting that I’ve received several emails asking for review. This is the only poor review I have ever made in my life. With somebody please get in touch with me?

The quality of the socks is not the best, they have a synthetic feel. They also used the wrong face on one of my socks

The socks didn’t have any shape to them and the material of the socks are not very cozy. The pictures were perfect.

Turnaround time was great but quality of item is poor. Ideal for a novelty item but don’t think they will stay up while wearing or hold up when laundered.

Was disappointed that my dogs ears were cut out of his picture. My cat's ears were fine but looks like someone rushed with my dogs picture. Considering how much I paid for these socks I would not recommend.

Material used is not stretchy at all! By the time it eventually got here I wasn’t overly impressed... great photo work and designs are amazing.... but actual sock quality lets it down..

Bought the Youth XS 2-5 for my 7 years old son, they would basically fit me as an adult. Quality looks OK.
