I was a little disappointed with the fabric, these are not very soft or comfy socks. Also, I ordered two pair of the same socks, and one pair was a completely different size... Way too big and not what I ordered. Lastly, one picture was so dark that you could barely see my pups face. Pretty dissatisfied and especially so after the shipping took 3 weeks.

So disappointed. I ordered on December 11 for an Xmas gift, (responding to a Facebook ad). It is January 2 and I still have not received anything. No warning that the order might not be received by Christmas, but received a tracking number lifted off of a blank shipping form which UPS had no idea of when I tried to track the package. Never again. These pop-up businesses that have no idea how to service customers but know how to run ads on Facebook and build websites are tragic.

I ordered two pair of these socks on 12/9 to give to friends on Xmas day. But didn’t receive them until 12/28. The delivery status kept tracking that they’d be delivered by 9pm on 12/24. But they never came and no one was available at the company to assist. Had to buy another gift at the last minute- so thanks a lot, Pupsocks! Your site said I’d receive them in 8-10 days. Boy, were you wrong! When I finally got them, the picture quality on the socks were ok, but the socks themselves felt like compression socks -very tight around the foot, ankle and calf. So at the end of the day, I was very disappointed in the product and the service. SO not worth it!

Poor response rate from customer service, never got the socks and they tried to refund the money less deigned cost. Would it order from them again.

I uploaded 2 perfectly lightened-up photos. I received one pair that literally looks like a blacked out face of my pup. My question is do the packaging team not even consider the overall finished products before shipping them? Also I ordered my socks 2 weeks before Christmas and they came in after. Waste of my business for sure. And if management is reading this, please do refund me. I am more than happy to send these awful products back for my money back.

Will NEVER order from this company again. Still waiting for my order that should have come over a week ago. No response from anyone why my order is still not delivered and it was promised before Christmas. Think twice before ordering from them.

I ordered socks for a friend who was in the hospital at the end of November. On December 9 I received an email saying my order was shipping, however, the tracking has never shown any updates and the socks have never delivered. I’ve asked for an update on my order 3 or 4 times since around Christmas. I know the holiday season is busy, but we’re going on nearly a month since Pupsocks told me the order was shipping. I’m really disappointed with the whole experience…and still don’t have the socks for my sick friend!

Terrible. You’re asking about a review and I still haven’t received my order after 3 1/2 weeks and holidays are past. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response . Never again am I ordering from your company and I will be sure to spread the word.
