My order arrived very late and missed Christmas. I’m not so upset because I understand volume and seasonality, however if your website gives me a time frame, I took it to mean I would get it in time. The quality of the socks were good, though the picture came back kind of dark on the socks. For the price point, it was ok, not bad. Wouldn’t discourage anyone from a purchase. A fun, unique gift. Glad I got it.

Socks would've been great if they arrived before Christmas and my wife could've actually opened them - yeah, not good. They bunch up on her feet (she has narrow feet) and can't even wear them. Wish I could send them back for a refund.

The socks I received were of good quality and the image was great. A fun gift that was well-received. My problems were that they were quite expensive and did not arrive in time for Christmas as the shipping terms seemed to indicate. In short, they were hyped by the company as a Christmas gift, and I paid extra for delivery that I was given to believe would be in time for the holiday, but they arrived days later. At that price delivery should have been on time.

I am currently awaiting a response regarding a purchase. I sent an image with 2 dogs on it and one dog was chosen and the socks sent - quite confusing as to how they chose one dog over the other and why they wouldn't contact me before doing so.

We loved the concept of the idea. However the final product was not what was expected. The pictures were very dark and hard to see. The quality of thes socks was also lacking. They did not stay up. Almost $30 for one pair of socks was WAY TOO MUCH!

The socks are a nice gift. Size was larger than the expected size. The print was very dark compared to the image submitted. (Like -2 photoshop notches of exposure down). But overall happy.

The look and the design of the socks were awesome, my dog's face is so cute and high quality staring up at me. However the socks were not true to size and looked like tubes when my husband tried to put them on.
