Socks are okay, BUT customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Did not get the socks in time for Christmas even though I ordered before the deadline posted on website. Received the socks 10 days AFTER Christmas. No customer service number to call--just email and chat. Chat does not respond and email response time is extremely poor and not helpful. Will look elsewhere in future for this type of item!

Bad Material Very disappointed in the material of these socks as they are not comfortable at all. Not worth it.

The final product, once it arrived, was great! The problem was the shipping was a nightmare. Ordered weeks before Christmas but arrived a week after. No communication from the company and a strange tracking experience - starting at UPS, sitting for several days, ending up in my town, then given to USPS, then arriving in the mail several days later. Several attempts to contact the company went unanswered. Still, the socks are very cool.

Product quality is fair and the socks came out cute, but the unusually long wait times pretty much killed the stoke. Communication with the company could have helped to overcome this problem but all attempts were unsuccessful.

Quality of socks wasn't great-- not a true sock material, so I don't think my husband will ever wear them. Kind of a waste of money in my opinion.

Socks look great. Order took a month to receive at Christmas and missed the holidays. If you order something on Dec 5th, you should have it by Christmas

Very misleading about lead/shipping times. I did not receive my order that I placed on December 16th, until December 30th. They claim 5 days. And when it arrived, the photo of my dog, a boxer mix, looks like a black blob. Extremely disappointed
