Not a lot of communication on what the product will look like - now I’m getting a review request and I haven’t even received the product. It’s also a week late. Not impressed for the price I paid, and haven’t even seen if they did a good job or not on the product.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed in the socks....especially for the price. They don't fit at all and are honestly just crappy socks. The picture of our puppy is great but the quality of the socks is lacking big time!!!

Quality, material and foot shape of socks is poor. In fact so bad that I will not be giving them to the friends I ordered them for.

I placed an order in mid-November. It finally showed up the week before Christmas. It wasn't the pair of socks that I ordered, and worse, the picture of the dog WAS NOT OUR DOG. I submitted an online inquiry and never even received the courtesy of a response. Thankfully my credit card company did a charge back to PupSocks. Awful service! I will also place a review on social media.

Ordered over a month ago still no updates.

The socks arrived very late, and the picture was so dark that the features of our dog couldn't be made out. The photo uploaded was not dark like that. I contacted the company but did not hear back.
