The delivery time was kind of slow and the material isn’t the best but the socks are still very cool and the crop of the faces are fantastic!

The color of one of the socks wasn’t what I expected but otherwise the order was fine

They are awesome socks although I ordered 2 pairs with two dogs faces and only one pair had the two dogs faces, the other only had one :(

The blanket we got was amazing. I ordered socks and the pictures were not cut as well, parts of the ears of the dogs were cut at odd angles and not as good as the blanket I had ordered previously. Must have been someone else doing the cropping, so guess it depends on who you get.

The picture of the puppies came out cute but the sock itself is uncomfortable to wear. Not enough give to the sock and doesn’t fit well.

Good communication and socks arrived in time for Christmas present giving! However the socks are really weird fabric- was expecting something else. The image of our dog is great though!

I have ordered in the past and have had no issues. However, this time they sent me a product with the incorrect image and have not responded to my email in 5 days. I realize this is a busy time for them, but I ordered well before the holidays to be sure to have plenty of time to arrive before Christmas, and it doesn’t look like that will happen now. Quite disappointed as this gift would have been a huge hit! To update- The correct order was finally shipped out after the holidays. It took quite a long time for the entire process. At first customer service appeared to have not even read my email and responded that the issue had been resolved when it had not. After multiple emails the problem was finally understood and the correct order eventually received. I am hopeful in the future more employees can be added or other measures taken to help ensure a quicker process.

Product was good overall - blanket was nice material, no notices posted for possible delays in holiday orders. Still had the "1 day production time" posted all over the site, took about 7 business days to ship
