I received the notice on 12/19 that my order had shipped. I still have not received the order and the shipment tracking still hasn’t provided an estimated arrival date. Horrible!

I ordered this as a Christmas gift. As of the new year I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact Pupsocks via email to the customer service email that is provided, and it is not even a real address. Don’t order through them. It is a scam and you will not receive anything.

Placed order on December 12, and order was listed as completed on the 16th. I was given tracking information but my order was never listed as shipped on tracking site. I received a package on December 27th and it was not my custom product, it had some random animals face on it. Reached out to support on December 28th. It is now January 2nd and I have not received any response to my support message. Still waiting for my actual order and have had no substantive response or updates.

Ordered in November but didn't get until after Christmas. Wasn't a shipping issue. Emailed several times but didn't get a response until after I received my order. Gave directions on the images but they weren't followed.

My puppy's face was misprinted, reached out to customer service but haven't heard back yet (3 days later). Ordered my socks the 11th of December in order to get them in time for Christmas (the ad said it would take 8 business days) but I didn't receive them until the 29th. The socks are shapeless and the fabric is of horrible quality. Definitely not worth the money.

Never received my order. Suppose to be on Christmas but never came in!!! Still have not received it!

Socks had big pull in the front. Emailed pup socks 3 times and they promised to get back to me in 72 hours. That was over 10 days ago.

I ordered these socks as a gift weeks before Christmas. The socks didn’t come before Christmas. The socks arrived a week after Christmas. I attempted to contact the company many times (through email, direct chat and Instagram DM) throughout the waiting process and did not receive a response back. I did what I thought was a direct chat with the company and received a very canned response about a mask and that masks only fit adults. That was not my question. The picture quality on the socks were good but the socks looked strange at the top…not a normal top of the sock elastic.
