I didn‘t receive my Order. Nobody answered my request about the Status of my Order.

Extremely disappointed. Domt know how you can call these socks. The material seems more suited for a table cloth than something you’d put on your feet. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging people for this garbage.

I received an email inviting me to review my products. I don’t normally write negative reviews, wanted to reach out to customer service first. But, both the email provided and the one on their “contact” form on the site, don’t deliver. How can Pupsocks correct a problem or expect positive reviews if the email provided is nonfunctional? Makes me wonder about the legitimacy… anyway, I am not pleased with the socks I ordered. The quality of the sock is not good. it’s not shaped for a natural human foot, and is certainly not comfortable. Basically, unwearable if you expect nice socks. I will await a response from the team in regards to this review and a way to reconcile these complaints.

We got completely the wrong socks. Not what I ordered

I have emailed and sent messages, my blanket was a Christmas gift I couldn't even give! The photo came out terrible and you can't even tell its our daughters dog. You haven't responded to my emails or messenger messages

No response from customer service after numerous attempts to get an update on my order placed over a month ago.

I ordered two pairs of socks. They were different colors but were supposed to have the same pets on them. One came in just fine, the other had pictures of somebody else’s dog. These were supposed to be Christmas presents for my gf’s family…. :/ I reached out to the team@pupsocks email but have not heard anything back. I was really excited about these but this experience was awful.
