Customer service was fantastic! The order came quickly, price was good. My only complaint is that the child size pair of socks that I ordered will never fit my 8 year old. In fact, they fit me perfectly and I am a ladies size 8. So sizing would be my only complaint! Amy Farris

Love our pup socks! They were a present for my deployed husband, who misses the dog greatly. Staff did an amazing crop job on the photos! However, the sock quality (at no fault of the printing company) is stiff, uncomfortable, and thin. Would still order again for another present, though, they’re too cute!

Product is very nice -- website was frustrating though... had to start over several times, and still not sure if I overpaid (I wanted six pair and ended up ordering three two-packs, as that *seemed* to be the only way to get any kind of quantity reduction)... anyway, the doggies look good and that's what I came for

The picture quality is awesome! The socks are just a weird material. Fiancé loves them though

Came out well and didn't take too long to arrive. They could be improved with comfier material and a fair trade certification.

I would give them 5 stars if the shipping weren't so slow! It was over 20 days from when I ordered until they arrived. For Canadian customers, anyway. As for the socks I ordered for my niece, I was thrilled with them! They exceeded my expectations. I was actually concerned about how they'd turn out, so this was awesome! They seem to be good material that won't quickly wear. So yeah, I'm pleased. & bonus that it helps support our furry, therapeutic friends!

Wasn’t fond of the sock material but LOVE the blanket!

I got an "order in produdction" update over a month ago and no updates since so I have no idea if my order is just still in production queue or lost in the aether at this point. I just keep receiving more spam from them, which I thought I already unsubscribed from. Several times in fact. Edit: The product finally arrived after 2.5 months. The company was courteous enough to respond to the this complaint, but it took a long enough that the package had arrived meanwhile.
