The print that I received was of a German Shepard which we could barely make out on the blanket. The images of the dog's face were all merged together making it look more like a cammo blanket than a nice gift. It was an embarrassing gift to give and I had to explain that I reached out to Pup Socks customer service and still (18 days later!) have not heard back. Do NOT order from this company!!

The socks I received were not my dog at all. Completely different dog. I sent an email on December 26th and as of today, 1/3/22. I have not received an email in regards to how this is going to be fixed…..

Product took too long to be made and shipped. I received the wrong sock and the wrong pet picture on the sock. unable to reach customer service for any correction, return or refund information.

Would like to review actual product, but I haven't received them yet (ordered on Dec. 9) it is now Jan. 3. Will definitely not order from them again, just because of the shipping that they use.

Took over a month to get my order. Customer service response time was poor. Offered me a refund due to timing, never got it. Finally received my order and quality is very poor.

I ordered a pair of these on 12/08, and it’s 01/03 and they still haven’t arrived. Nevermind the fact that this missed Christmas by a long shot, I’m just wondering if I’ll ever actually see what I paid for or if they’re just trying to swindle money from people. Absolutely will never purchase from these guys again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Placed my order on November 23rd for a Christmas gift. Did not receive it until December 30th. I made at least 6 inquiries through the website and not 1 time has anybody got back to me. The customer service isn’t just horrible, it’s nonexistent.

I did not receive my socks in time. I paid Christmas money back guarantee delivery. Customer service doesn’t exist, never got a reply. Sock quality, horrid.
