Within a few days of getting the wrong socks, I received the correct ones. I finally got a response to my email (which was very attentive and kind). Clearly someone had figured out what happened and corrected their mistake. It probably cost them quite a bit! I received a pair of socks that were clearly not meant for me. They had the wrong dog on it and they were the wrong color. I have emailed TWICE (can't find a phone number associated with this page) and have heard NOTHING although I received an autobot message saying that someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. These are a Christmas gift for someone - I need the correct socks! You were happy to take my money, so I want the correct product!

Great product, fast delivery and greatly overpriced. I would have purchased more, but discounted package pricing (that fit my needs) was not available. I only bought the product is because it was my wife's birthday and she loves her fur baby. Would I do it again? Probably not.
